Protein Mud Pie!

A tasty guilt free dessert packed with protein!

What you need:
1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
1/2 Tablespoon Raw Cacoa
1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
1 Egg White
100ml Almond Milk
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence

Mix all ingredients into a microwaveable mug and microwave for 1.5 – 2 minutes.
Serve with toppings of your choice!!
Some ideas include:
Greek Yoghurt
Blueberries
Mixed Nuts
